Security deposit will be forfeited if booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Any changes to pick-up or return time are subject to car availability. Customer must pick up and return the car on time and at the confirmed location. Charges apply for any changes made. No refund or discount for early return.
A refundable security deposit is collected and will be refunded upon car return in good condition.
Fuel must be maintained at the same level as when picked up. Charges apply if fuel is lower upon return. Excess fuel will not be refunded.
Smoking inside the car is strictly NOT permitted. Cars returned dirty or with a bad smell will incur a cleaning fee of up to RM150. Please keep the car clean and respect the vehicle at all times.
